How long is the warranty?
We offer a detection guarantee valid for 30 calendar days from the date of detection. If during these 30 days, you still have any signs of a leak, we will repeat the detection at no cost (see conditions).
What does the warranty cover?
The detection guarantee ensures that AquaTrace will locate all detectable leaks in accessible areas, without the need to carry out a work. The vast majority of leaks (~ 95%) are detectable without any work, which means that in almost all cases, our warranty would apply if we did not find a leak (see conditions).
What does the warranty exclude?
Our goal is to find all the leaks. However, in extreme or peculiar cases, a leak may not be detected for the mere fact that it is only detectable if a work were done. In general terms (your warranty may have more exclusions depending on the condition and characteristics of the pool), the warranty does not cover leaks that are impossible to detect without doing a job, this includes, for example, leaks under the pool bowl, in internal layers without any visible exit, or behind sealed walls. The warranty will be void if the customer makes any modifications after detection on their own or by third parties, refuses to perform a full detection, or, if the installation is subject to pressure or abnormal use.
How does the warranty work?
By accepting the quote, you will receive the specific warranty conditions applicable to the detection. The warranty does not cover any expenses derived from the original detection or its failure. Our only obligation is to repeat the detection at no cost.
How do I make a complaint?
If within 30 days of detection you still have evidence (s) that there is still a leak,
fill out this form and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Remember that the warranty is only valid for 30 calendar days.
