How long is the warranty?
We offer a repair warranty valid from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type of repair. If during this period the repair fails, we will repair it again at no additional cost (see conditions).
What does the warranty cover?
The repair warranty makes AquaTrace responsible for ensuring that the repair does not fail during the valid warranty period (see conditions).
What does the warranty exclude?
In general terms (your warranty may have more exclusions depending on the condition and characteristics of the pool), the warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or third parties, modifications made by anyone other than AquaTrace and cosmetic deterioration (unless it is very substantial). The warranty will be void if the customer makes any modifications after the repair on their own or by third parties, refuses to perform the recommended repair, or, if the installation is subject to pressure or abnormal use.
How does the warranty work?
By accepting the quote, you will receive the specific warranty conditions applicable to the repair. The warranty does not cover any expenses derived from the original repair or its failure. Our only obligation is to repeat the repair at no cost.
How do I make a complaint?
If within the term of your warranty you have a leak again (see conditions), the repair fails or there is substantial cosmetic damage,
fill out this form and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Remember that the warranty is only valid for the current period, any claim must be made before the end of the warranty. After the end of the warranty, no claim can be made.
Can I make a claim after the warranty expires for a fault that occurred? formerly of the end of the warranty?
No. Any claim must be made before 23:59 hrs on the due date. After that period, any fault or other reason covered by the warranty is considered void. It's very important that you start the claim before the warranty expires. In very particular cases and at the complete discretion of AquaTrace, we may accept a late claim (within a maximum period of 7 days after the expiration of the warranty), this concession is not guaranteed and in no case can the customer demand or demand the application of the warranty. This concession is intended for customers with an important relationship with AquaTrace, but in any case it is a privilege and the result of a good relationship between AquaTrace and the customer, but under no circumstances can it be considered part of the warranty for legal purposes.
