We divide the island into three zones in order to offer an efficient and fair service:
Zone A (no extra charge): Puerto del Carmen, Tías, Mácher, Playa Honda. If you're close to these areas, no surcharge applies either.
Zone B (+15 €/month): Costa Teguise, Playa Blanca, Arrecife, Yaiza, Uga, Teguise, San Bartolomé.
Zone C (+30 €/month): Famara, La Santa, Tinajo, Haría, Órzola.
Why do you have a surcharge?
The supplement compensates for the additional time and travel required to provide the service in more remote areas. This surcharge does not apply to Premium Plan customers.
How does leak detection work?
For leak control, we use advanced detection systems that allow us to locate any leak without emptying the pool or causing damage. In the Premium Plan, if necessary, we also carry out an annual comprehensive detection using more precise techniques. This process allows us to identify any leak with an accuracy of up to a few centimeters. We always act with the least impact on you and your pool.
How does the warranty work?
At the start of your contract, we will provide you with the warranty conditions specific to your plan and your pool. In general terms (these may differ from Your conditions) our detection guarantee, ensures that all leaks (see conditions) are detected by AquaTrace. In the event that a leak is not detected, AquaTrace will repeat the detection at no cost. Under no circumstances will AquaTrace be responsible for any costs, such as water or repair. The warranty only requires us to repeat the detection at no cost.
How do I get the 20% discount?
To get the 20% discount, you must subscribe to our annual plan, this plan is paid in an annual fee. If you don't want to pay annually, you won't be able to benefit from the discount.
