How do I know that you'll keep your promise?
These promises aren't something that constitutes a legal promise (except for our warranties, see conditions). We aren't perfect, and we know that sometimes we won't provide adequate service. The difference with our competitors is that we take responsibility for all our actions. If there is a problem we'll solve it, if there is something that's outside our expertise, we'll help you find the right person to fix the problem (or part of it). Our relationship with you does not end when we get paid, our goal is to create a lasting relationship with you.

How does the warranty work?
At the beginning of your contract, we'll provide you with the specific warranty conditions for your plan and your pool. Generally speaking (these may differ from your conditions) our detection guarantee ensures that all leaks (see conditions) are detected by AquaTrace. In the event that a leak is not detected, AquaTrace will repeat the detection at no cost. In no event will AquaTrace be liable for any costs, such as water or repair. The warranty only requires us to repeat the detection at no cost.
