Why should I buy AquaTrace® Express?
The decision to purchase AquaTrace® Express (and whether it provides value for you) depends on your business and the expectations of your customers. With AquaTrace® Express, you are assured of the most preferred service. Quality and commitment do not change, what changes is the time in which your pool is back in optimal condition. Remember that with AquaTrace® Express, we can come any day of the week, even on Sundays or non-holidays.
What happens if I don't contract AquaTrace® Express?
If you do not hire this service, the only difference is that we will not provide service on Sundays or holidays and we will not be able to come outside of our working hours (09:00 to 17:00 hrs). It also means that it may take us a little longer to come and do the evaluation, detection, and repair. Everything else, such as our guarantee, commitment, professionalism, or quality of work, is regardless of whether you hire this service or not.
How much does it cost to purchase AquaTrace® Express?
The price for contracting AquaTrace® Express is 150€, which will be charged together with the detection.
What if I'm not happy with AquaTrace® Express?
If the dissatisfaction is due to our failure to fulfill the promises we make when contracting this service (for example, it takes us more than 24 hours to perform the detection), we will not charge it, or make a discount (if we have fulfilled the vast majority of the promises). The decision not to charge or discount the price of the service is made by AquaTrace. The company reserves the right to decide if the service should be charged in full or not.
