How much will the repair cost?
Our price for the repair will depend on: the condition of the pool, the size of the leak (if applicable), the damage, and if you want the
AquaTrace Express service. In any case, we'll give you a quote without obligation. All repairs come with a
warranty.
Can you really repair without emptying the pool?
Yes. In the vast majority of cases (more than 90%), we can repair your pool without having to empty it. In extreme cases, we'll help you find the cleanest and fastest possible solution.
How long does the repair take; when can I use the pool again?
Our repairs usually take a couple of hours. In most cases, we'll have it ready the same day. You can use the pool immediately after the repair, but we recommend (especially for the
warranty) to wait a minimum of 24 hours.
How does the warranty work?
By accepting the quote, you'll receive the specific warranty conditions applicable to your repair. In general (they may vary depending on the case), our warranty covers a period of 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type of repair performed. This warranty ensures that all leaks or damage detailed in the quote will be properly repaired by AquaTrace (see conditions). If the repair fails within the warranty period, AquaTrace will repeat it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover any expenses derived from the original repair or its failure. Our only obligation will be to repeat the repair free of charge.
