How do I know that the detection is reliable?
Unlike traditional detection methods, we can locate the leak with an accuracy of up to 3~5 centimeters. In comparison, traditional methods have an accuracy of only 30~50 centimeters and that is under ideal conditions, which rarely end up being the reality. Thanks to our high-tech equipment, we can offer a guarantee (see conditions) which guarantees that all leaks are detected.
What type of technology do you use?
We use different types of technology to detect. Because we offer a series of technologies that are not easily available in Lanzarote and which as a result gives us an important commercial distinction and differentiator, we do not make public the types of technology we use.
What if you don't find the leak?
If we are unable to find the leak, but you have signs that the leak is in the pool, we'll advise you with the best solution to be able to find the leak with the least possible damage.
Do you leave everything clean after work?
Yes. In most cases, we offer a cleaning service free of charge. If the service requires extensive work which generates a lot of dirt or requires a cosmetic repair, we'll make you a quote for this service.

How long does the screening process take?
The detection process will depend on the size of the pool, the method of detection, and if there is more than one leak. The first visit and screening in order to evaluate the work we will have to do usually occurs within 48 hours. In the vast majority of cases, yes. Although not necessary, we'll be happy to have you observe us during our work. In some cases, we'll ask you to keep a distance for your own safety. If there are any minors in the household, there must be an adult as well.
What happens if the leak is in an inaccessible area?
Our goal is to find every single leak. However, in extreme or peculiar cases, a leak may not be detected for the mere fact that it is only detectable if substantial damage were done (breaking up the pool). The warranty does not cover leaks that are impossible to detect without doing substantial damage, this includes, for example, leaks under the pool bowl, in internal layers without any visible exit, or behind sealed walls. In these cases, we'll advise you to determine the best solution based on your needs and circumstance.
