Why should I trust AquaTrace?
Trust is earned, not given for free. For this reason, we offer a series of commitments, all our works have a legal guarantee (see conditions), this guarantee is our way of transmitting and demonstrating our commitment to you.
What makes them different from other companies?
We offer a level of transparency and commitment that almost no other company in Lanzarote offers. Very few local companies offer guarantees like we do. We also have state-of-the-art equipment that only we offer to all our customers. The AquaTrace Method is the combination of equipment, values, professionalism, and transparency that other companies simply cannot copy.
What type of technology do you use?
We use different types of technology to detect, repair and clean. By offering a series of technologies that are not easily available in Lanzarote and which offer us an important commercial distinction and differentiator, we do not make public the types of technology we use.
How do I know that the detection is reliable?
Unlike traditional detection methods, we can locate the leak with an accuracy of up to 3~5 centimeters. In comparison, traditional methods have an accuracy of only 30~50 centimeters and that is under ideal conditions, which rarely end up being the reality. Thanks to our high-tech equipment, we can offer a guarantee (see conditions) which guarantees that all leaks are detected.
What if they don't find the escape?
If we are unable to find the leak, but you have signs that the leak is in the pool, we will advise you with the best solution to be able to find the leak with the least possible damage.
Do they leave everything clean after work?
Yes. In most cases, we offer a cleaning service free of charge. If the service requires extensive work which generates a lot of dirt or requires a cosmetic repair, we will make you a quote for this service.
What exactly does the warranty include?

How long does the detection and repair process take?
The detection process will depend on the size of the pool, the method of detection, and if there is more than one leak. The first visit to evaluate the work we will need to do usually occurs within 48 hours. For the repair, depending on the leak, we will have the pool ready in less than 24 hours after starting the repair. In any case, we will inform you at all times about the estimated time to carry out the detection and repair. For those customers who want faster service and preferential attention, we offer AquaTrace® Express.
Can I be present during detection or repair?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Although not necessary, we would be happy to have you observe us during our work. In some cases, we'll ask you to keep a distance for your own safety. If there are any minors in the household, there must be an adult as well.
What if I need a more complex repair?
In general, we can do the repair ourselves. If you have a situation that requires a type of repair that we can't provide, we'll help you find the right equipment for the job. Please note that in this case, our repair warranty will not be valid since AquaTrace is not the person or company responsible for the repair.
