At AquaTrace, we know that no two pools are the same. The age, the construction materials, the hydraulic system, previous repairs, the environment... everything influences. That's why we believe that offering a standard warranty would not only be imprecise, but unfair to both the customer and us.
Every warranty we offer is completely personalized.
It is written and delivered before starting any work, once the initial inspection has been carried out and the scope of the service has been defined. This allows us to establish a clear commitment, adapted to the technical reality of each case.
What does our warranty include?
The personalized warranty will include, but is not limited to:
— Description of the contracted work: detection, repair, sealing, replacement of components, etc.
— Special conditions of the pool: type of vessel, accessibility, general condition, presence of multiple leaks, etc.
— Scope of the warranty: what parts of the work are covered and under what conditions.
— Duration: period during which we guarantee the effectiveness of the intervention.
— Requirements for its validity: for example, avoiding modifications without consultation, carrying out basic maintenance, not emptying the pool if it is not planned, etc.
— Specific Exclusions: damage caused by third parties, misuse, subsequent structural movements, etc.

What happens if something goes wrong?
If during the warranty period there is a problem related to the work performed, we will come to reevaluate the situation. If it is confirmed that this is a fault covered by the warranty, the repair will be carried out at no additional cost.
What if I have doubts?
You can contact us at any time before or after the service. We will also provide you with a copy of your warranty in digital or printed format, so that you can understand what is covered and under what conditions.
